監督の娘からの返事が来る！しかしっ！（2007年3月19日）

＊2007年3月19日の事。

　改めてプロデューサーに、「私たちはお金をもうける意図はなく、単に日本に映画を配給してほしい」事を伝えると、翌日返事が来ていました。

　何でも監督の娘は、父、つまり監督のプロジェクトにかかっているそうで、更にフィルムのダメージ修復等の理由もあり、上映を差し控えているようです。多分監督のレトロスペクティブ上映の事だと思いますが、あと3，4年ほどかかるよう（長っ！）。それが終われば、“配給のチャンスがあるかも”との事”。下記にメールを一部公開します。

Your e-mail asking her more informations about my father’s film, “Garota de Ipanema”. In the future, we can think about your proposition

but in this moment we can’t distribute the movie because we are in the middle of a big restauration project of the entire work of my father, that will take more tree or four years of hard work. After this we probably will have in hands a good digital material and we can talk.
